Samuel Vatankha is a Texas trial lawyer and founder of Vatankha Investigations, a Texas based investigative firm focused on litigation support, witness development, surveillance investigations, and complex factual investigations.

Samuel earned his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston, where he focused on advocacy, litigation, and trial preparation. His legal background provides a strategic understanding of how investigations directly impact case development, evidence preservation, and trial strategy.

Before becoming an attorney, Samuel worked as a licensed private investigator, conducting investigations across multiple states and internationally. His investigative experience includes witness interviews, evidence collection, surveillance operations, background investigations, recorded statements, and litigation support involving complex multimillion dollar cases.

Samuel has worked alongside attorneys and litigation teams on high stakes disputes involving catastrophic injuries, workplace incidents, premises liability matters, and wrongful death cases. His investigative background allows him to approach matters with a strong understanding of factual development, documentation, and evidentiary strategy.

In addition to his investigative and legal experience, Samuel previously served as a volunteer firefighter, working alongside emergency responders in high pressure situations. That experience contributed to his understanding of accident scenes, emergency response, and the real world impact serious incidents have on individuals and families.
